We will collect information that you actively provide when visiting the ZENSBUDS AI platform or using the products and services provided by the ZENSBUDS AI platform, as well as information generated through automated means during your use of functions or services, in the following manner. When you register and log in to ZENSBUDS AI, you can create a "ZENSBUDS AI Account" through your mobile phone number, email address, and WeChat authorization, and complete the relevant network identity information (account, password, avatar, nickname). We will collect your mobile phone number and obtain an SMS verification code so that we can verify your account identity.

The collection of the above information is to help you complete mobile phone number registration and login, and to ensure your account rights. This type of information is necessary for registration and login using a mobile phone number. If you do not provide it, you will not be able to complete the registration/login process.

1.2 Recording

1.2.1 Scope of Necessary Information

When you use the recording function service while connected to the internet, we will collect your voice information and/or other recording content you provide. This type of information is necessary for the recording function service. Please be aware that in an offline environment or if you do not actively upload, the aforementioned information will only be stored on the device, and we will not collect and upload it to cloud servers for storage.

When you use the recording function service, we need to call your microphone permission to obtain your voice information. This is a necessary system permission for this function service. If you refuse, you will not be able to use the recording function.

When you use the recording storage function service, we need to call your storage permission to store your voice information. This is a necessary system permission for this function service. If you refuse, you will not be able to use the recording function.

1.3 Voice Transcription

1.3.1 Scope of Necessary Information

When you use the voice-to-text function service, we will collect your voice information and/or other recording content you provide for voice transcription on cloud servers. At the same time, we will collect the transcribed text information to determine your needs and provide real-time processing feedback to you, so that you can understand what voice interactions have taken place. This type of information is necessary for the voice-to-text function. If you cannot provide it, you will not be able to use the voice-to-text function.

1.3.2 Scope of Permissions Called

When you use the voice-to-text function service, we need to call your microphone permission to obtain your voice information. This is a necessary system permission for this function service. If you refuse, you will not be able to use the voice-to-text function.

1.4 Managing Recordings and Transcripts

1.4.1 Scope of Necessary Information

When you use the recording-to-text function while logged in and perform cloud storage, editing, and management of transcripts, we will collect your recordings and edited transcript information, such as text information and voice information, and also need to obtain your network status. After you allow us to enable storage and network permissions, we can obtain your recordings and edited transcript information. This is to facilitate you to export, store, and share your recordings and edited transcripts at any time. This type of information is necessary for cloud storage, editing, and management of recordings and transcripts. If you refuse to provide it, we will not be able to provide you with cloud storage, editing, management, sharing, downloading, and other services, but it will not affect your use of other functions of this software.

1.4.2 Scope of Permissions Called

When you modify recording files, we need to call your storage permission to store your text information. This is a necessary system permission for this function service. If you refuse, your modified content will not be stored locally.

1.5 Voice Translation

1.5.1 Scope of Necessary and Non-necessary Information

If you use the voice translation service, we will request your device system's microphone and storage permissions. After you authorize consent, we will collect your voice information for the purpose of obtaining spoken voice for translation. This type of information is necessary for the voice-to-text function. If you cannot provide it, you will not be able to use the voice translation function.

1.5.2 Scope of Permissions Called

When you use the voice translation and simultaneous interpretation function services, we need to call your microphone permission to obtain your voice information. This is a necessary system permission for this function service. If you refuse, you will not be able to use the voice translation and simultaneous interpretation functions.

At the same time, we need to call your storage permission to store your voice information and text information. This is a necessary system permission for this function service. If you refuse, you will not be able to use the voice translation function.

1.7 Device Permissions

1.7.1 Location Permission

When using the smart translation function, we will collect your location information to obtain your precise geographic location information, which is used to implement the automatic source language detection function in smart translation. We will automatically match the language you use based on your location information and provide you with smart translation services. Precise geographic location information is sensitive personal information. If you refuse to enable GPS permission, we will not be able to automatically match the translation language for you, and you will need to manually select the language.

1.7.2 Bluetooth Permission

When you connect to smart hardware, we need to obtain your Bluetooth permission to search for devices, transmit network configuration information, and achieve the purpose of binding devices.

1.7.3 Contacts Permission

When you use the phone call function, we need to obtain your contacts permission to get information and meet your need to make phone calls to the corresponding users.

1.7.4 SMS Permission

When you use the smart assistant, we need to obtain your SMS permission to meet your need to send text messages to the corresponding users.

1.7.5 System Notification Permission

When pushing PUSH messages to you, we need to obtain your notification permission. This is to display APP-related notification content in the notification bar of your device, including but not limited to APP new feature launch notifications, update information of content you follow, promotional activity reminders, etc. If you refuse to enable notification permission, you will not be able to receive these important messages in a timely manner and may miss the exciting content and convenient services prepared by the APP for you.

1.7.7 Storage Permission (Less Common)

In some special PUSH message scenarios, if the message needs to store some temporary data on the local device, we need to obtain your storage permission. For example, pushing messages containing new feature configuration files requires storage permission to save these files locally to enable the application of new features on your device. If you refuse this permission, related special features may not function properly.

1.7.8 Camera Permission

When you use the function to set your avatar or upload images for feedback, we will request camera permission. After you explicitly authorize it, the camera will be used to take photos to meet the corresponding function needs, and data generated by the camera will only be collected and used during the operation of related functions. Data collection will cease after the function ends. If you refuse to authorize camera permission, you will not be able to use related functions involving the camera, but this will not affect the normal use of other functions.

1.7.8.1 Camera Permission Use Scenarios

In the ZENSBUDS AI App, we have two main functions that require the use of your camera permission:

Changing Personal Avatar: When you wish to change your personal avatar, we need to call the camera permission so that you can take a new photo or select an image from your photo album as your avatar.

Feedback Function: In the feedback function, if you wish to provide more detailed feedback information by uploading images, we need camera permission to allow you to take photos or select images from your photo album for upload.

1.7.8.2 User Control

You can enable or disable camera permission at any time in your device settings. If you choose to disable camera permission, you will not be able to use the above functions, but this will not affect your use of other functions of the ZENSBUDS AI App.

1.7.8.3 Data Storage and Processing

Photo Storage: When you use camera permission to take photos or select images, these images are only stored on your device unless you actively choose to upload them.

Data Processing: If images are uploaded to our servers, we will process this data in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Policy, including but not limited to storage, backup, and deletion mechanisms.

1.7.8.4 Data Sharing and Transfer

We will not share or transfer image data collected through camera permission with any third party unless it is necessary to provide services or you explicitly consent.

1.7.8.5 Impact of User Permission Revocation

If you revoke camera permission, you will not be able to use the functions of changing your personal avatar and uploading images in feedback. If you wish to re-authorize, you can re-enable camera permission in your device settings.

1.8 User Feedback and Service

1.8.1 Customer Service and Issues

To facilitate contact with you, help you solve problems quickly, or record the solutions and results of related issues, we may retain your communication/call records and related content with us (including account information, feedback information, reservation information, other information you provide to prove related facts, or contact information you leave). If you consult, complain, or provide suggestions regarding specific reservations, we will use your account information and reservation information.

1.8.2 Complaints

When you file a complaint against others or are complained about by others, in order to protect the legitimate rights and interests of you and others, we may provide your account/identity information, contact information, and complaint-related content to consumer rights protection departments and regulatory authorities to resolve complaint disputes in a timely manner, unless expressly prohibited by laws and regulations.

If you use the services provided by Chuangxiang Yunqi affiliates or partners through our products or services and file a complaint, in order to facilitate the service provider (such as Chuangxiang Yunqi affiliates or partners) to contact you effectively and handle your complaint in a timely manner, you agree that we will obtain the personal information you provide when filing a complaint and synchronize it with the corresponding service provider.

1.9 Operation and Security Assurance

We are committed to providing you with a safe and reliable product and use environment. Providing quality and reliable services and information is our core goal. To maintain the normal operation of the ZENSBUDS AI platform and protect the legitimate interests of you, other users, or the public from loss, we will collect necessary information for maintaining the safe and stable operation of the product or service.

1.9.2 Device Information and Log Information

a. To ensure the safe operation of the software and services, as well as the quality and efficiency of operations, we will collect your hardware model, operating system version number, device identifiers (for Android such as IMEI, Android_ID, OAID, IMSI, ICCID, GAID, MEID, hardware serial number; for iOS such as IDFV, IDFA: different identifiers vary in validity period, whether they can be reset by the user, and how they are obtained), network device hardware address (MAC address), IP address, WLAN access point (such as SSID, BSSID), Bluetooth, base station, software version number, network access method, type, status, network quality data, operations, usage, service logs, and device sensor data.

b. To prevent malicious programs and ensure operational quality and efficiency, we will collect information about installed applications or running processes, overall application operation, usage and frequency, application crash information, overall installation and usage, performance data, and application sources.

c. To analyze statistical indicators such as new application additions, activations, retention, and performance, we may call the clipboard to perform attribution analysis of relevant statistical information. Please rest assured that we will not collect your private information.

d. We may use your account information, device information, service log information, and information that our affiliates and partners are authorized by you or legally entitled to provide to determine account security, perform identity verification, identify violations, detect and prevent security incidents, and take necessary recording, analysis, and handling measures in accordance with the law.

1.10 Changes in Purpose of Collection and Use of Personal Information

Please understand that as our business develops, the functions and services provided by ZENSBUDS AI may be adjusted and changed. In principle, when new functions or services are related to the functions or services we currently provide, the collection and use of personal information will be directly or reasonably related to the original processing purpose. In scenarios where there is no direct or reasonable connection with the original processing purpose, we will collect and use your personal information and will again inform you through page prompts, interactive processes, and agreement confirmation in accordance with the requirements of laws, regulations, and national standards, and obtain your consent.

i. Necessary to maintain the safe and stable operation of the software and related services, such as discovering and handling faults in the software and related services;

j. Necessary for conducting legitimate news reporting;

k. Necessary for academic research institutions to conduct statistical or academic research based on public interest, and when providing academic research or describing results externally, de-identifying the personal information contained in the results;

l. Other circumstances stipulated by laws and regulations.

We would like to remind you that if information cannot identify your personal identity alone or in combination with other information, it does not constitute your personal information in the legal sense; when your information can identify your personal identity alone or in combination with other information, or when we combine data that cannot be associated with any specific personal information with your other personal information, such information will be treated and protected as your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy during the period of combined use.

1.12 Human-Machine Interactive Dialogue

When you use our human-machine interaction services (including smart assistant, etc.), we will collect the content you actively input (including text, images, audio and video, etc.) and provide you with corresponding services based on this information. When you use voice input, we will collect your audio data, perform voice transcription, and generate dialogue content based on the transcribed text to provide a better interactive experience.

If the information you input contains personal data of others, please ensure that you have obtained legal authorization from others to avoid improper disclosure of others' privacy.

To better understand your needs and context, we will analyze and process the information you provide in order to output more relevant content. On the premise of ensuring that the information is encrypted, securely processed, and de-identified, we may use the collected data and generated responses for model training to continuously optimize service quality.

1.13 Data Tracking Statistics and Reporting

We have set up page tracking within the APP for the purpose of collecting APP usage statistics to better optimize product performance, fix bugs, and improve your user experience. When you visit APP pages, page tracking will collect your page browsing records, click behavior, dwell time, and other information. However, the frequency of such information collection follows the principle of reasonable necessity. Under normal circumstances, the same page only collects once during your single visit and will not cause frequent data collection interference to you. Only when you perform interactive operations (such as clicking buttons, switching page sections, etc.) that trigger new business needs will a small amount of related information be collected again according to actual needs.

a. The information we collect will be mainly used to provide, optimize, and improve the services of this APP, and to fix program issues based on your feedback.

b. Some information may be used for data analysis and research to understand the usage habits and preference trends of user groups, thereby promoting the continuous innovation and development of this APP.

ZENSBUDS AI currently integrates the following third-party artificial intelligence model service providers to power smart assistant, AI dialogue, content generation, and related features:

The above data is transmitted to third-party AI service providers only when you actively trigger AI features. We will not collect or transmit such data when you are not using the relevant features.

1.14.3 User Consent and Data Control

Before you use AI dialogue, smart assistant, or related AI features for the first time, this app will display a clear notice explaining the data sharing details and will only transmit your data to the third-party AI service provider after obtaining your explicit consent. If you do not consent, you may choose not to use the relevant AI features, which will not affect your use of other functions of this app.

You may disable the relevant AI features at any time in the app's [Settings] page. Once disabled, we will stop transmitting your new data to third-party AI service providers.

1.14.4 Data Protection Obligations of Third-Party AI Service Providers

Before partnering with third-party AI service providers, we evaluate their data security capabilities and contractually require them to provide security protection for your data at a standard no lower than that described in this Privacy Policy, including encrypted data storage and transmission, access control, and the principle of data minimization. For each provider's specific data processing rules, please refer to the privacy policy links provided above.

1.14.5 Model Service Feedback

If you encounter any issues while using third-party model services, please contact us through the app's [Settings] - [User Feedback]. We will continue to optimize our model integration capabilities to ensure a quality experience.

1.15 Application Self-Start and Associated Start Description

1.15.1 Self-Start Purpose Description

The ZENSBUDS AI app needs to use self-start capability to ensure a stable connection with external Bluetooth devices (such as BLE Bluetooth headsets), which is necessary to provide continuous voice interaction and device control services. The self-start function is only used to maintain Bluetooth connection services and will not perform other background operations.

a. Ensuring Use Security: We attach great importance to account, service, and content security. To protect the account and property security of you and other users and to protect the legitimate rights and interests of you and us from infringement, our partners may use necessary device, account, and log information.

b. Analyzing Product Performance: To analyze the usage and performance of our products, our partners may need to use information such as product usage (crashes, force closures), device identifier information, and overall application installation and usage.

c. To enhance research capabilities in related fields and promote the level of technological development, we may use de-identified or anonymized data with cooperating research institutions and universities on the premise of ensuring data security and legitimate purposes.

2.2 Transfer

As our business continues to develop, we may undergo mergers, acquisitions, or asset transfers, and your personal information may be transferred as a result. 2.5 Payment

You authorize us to collect fees from you through designated payment methods. When your use of the ZENSBUDS AI app and related services involves transactions, the system will generate your transaction order. You need to fill in the purchaser's name, order-related phone number, and the order will automatically generate information about the goods or services you purchased, the amount of payment you should pay, and the payment method you selected. You may supplement other information on the order to inform relevant parties to facilitate the realization of the transaction.

When you use functions involving payment: Payment is completed through the payment services provided by cooperating third-party payment institutions (WeChat Pay, Apple Pay, etc.). Third-party payment services may use biometric information for payment verification. When using third-party payment services, please read the user agreement and privacy policy of the third-party institution. If you do not agree with the user agreement and privacy policy of the third-party institution, please stop using the third-party institution's payment services in a timely manner.

3. How We Store Personal Information

3.1 Storage Location

In accordance with laws and regulations, we will store your personal information collected and generated during domestic operations within the territory of the People's Republic of China. Currently, we will not transfer the above information abroad. If we transfer it abroad, we will strictly comply with relevant Chinese laws and regulatory policies and will follow relevant national regulations or obtain your consent.

3.2.1 We will only retain your personal information for the period necessary to provide ZENSBUDS AI services, for example:

a. Mobile Phone Number: When you register and log in with your mobile phone number, we need to continuously retain your mobile phone number to provide you with normal services, respond to your possible inquiries and complaints, and ensure the security of your account and system.

b. Email: When you register and log in with your email, we need to continuously retain your email to provide you with normal services, respond to your possible inquiries and complaints, and ensure the security of your account and system.

c. Third-Party Authorization: When you log in using other partner authorization methods, we will retain your authorization information so that you can continue to use third-party login methods to log in, enabling us to continue to provide services to you.

c. Information you publish, comments, likes, and related information will be retained to provide you with continuous business functions during the period when you have not withdrawn, deleted, or canceled your account.

d. Retain your personal information in accordance with the provisions of the "Cybersecurity Law of the People's Republic of China" and the "E-Commerce Law of the People's Republic of China."
